Stylish Comfort at 37 Weeks
Third trimester, 9 months, 37 weeks, whatever you call it, the end of pregnancy is near! Yet, for mommies, the due date still seems so far. You still have to get dressed everyday, and maybe you want to look nice. For me at 37 weeks, even the dresses and loosey stuff I bought wasn't looking right or even comfortable! I wanted a black pair of leggings that I could pair with a tank and sweater, or maybe a fancy pajama top like the one I'm wearing from Jool's Couture.
I have been a fan of Jool's Couture for several years. Made in Australia, they make quality clothing with a vintage romantic feel, can't you tell? This pajama top has a wrapped neckline which leads up to rhinestone detailing and also has a front draped peplum. Yes, it is a pajama top, it fits, and I'm owning it as a day time blouse.... for now!
Now when your belly is as big as a watermelon, you can't just go out and get any pair of leggings, even if they are labeled "high-waisted." I tried shopping around on retail sites that carry maternity clothing, but I wasn't convinced by the quality in the photos. I finally searched on Amazon, and of course, found this pair that were maternity, had great reviews, & a great price. Oh! and I got them the next day being a Prime member! Yesss!
I kept the rest of my styling and accessorizing on the fun side, I felt like that was the best way to approach the overall styling when my bump is as big as it is. I didn't try too hard with my hair, just a front roll and the rest of it relaxed, a Miss Sixty leopard clutch for my purse, and some retro sunnies available now in the Platinum Parlor shop finished off my stylish yet comfortable maternity look.

Any guesses on how far I'll carry this baby in the belly?
