Happy National Donut Day everyone!  Out of all of these trending, made up holidays that seem to consume social media, this has to be one of the best right?  Donuts are so tasty & cute!  Myself, husband, and the kids are big donut lovers.  On Sundays we typically take Max & Vinnie out for a treat, which is usually donuts, and when there are special events, we always include donuts.  I have my baby shower coming up very soon and I told my planner that I definitely wanted to have donuts on the menu.  I also needed some serveware that would help set the tone for my theme,  Roses for Baby Rosie, of course!  I found the most fitting, classic rose dishes for the party at Bed Bath & Beyond!

These pieces are so perfect & are even better than what I had envisioned.... Vintage inspired, rose patterns, pastels, and I can keep these and pass onto my little girl some day.

Out of all products I received from the Royal Albert collection, this sandwich tray was the one that made me go "awwwww!" out loud.  My favorite color is light blue, the pink roses are classic & feminine, the polka dots keep it fun, and look at the bonus gold trim!  Click here to get your own Royal Albert sandwich tray!

As you can see from these photos the Royal Albert collection definitely sets the tone, & doesn't compete with the donuts.  In fact, I didn't need to buy fancy gourmet donuts, the serveware makes simple store bought donuts look decadent.  This is exactly how I plan everything.  My home, my wardrobe, and throwing parties... I love things to look expensive, but I always strive to do it on a budget.

Another Royal Albert piece making an appearance at my shower is the Country Rose 3 Tier Server, which is going to continue to be extremely helpful after the shower for when I have guests over.  I have never had a tiered server, although I've always wanted one.  Even a plain white one is super cute, but for years I have been looking for one that is unique and worth the cost.  This. Is. It.

Now, I only picked up one of these cups and saucers, but now I'm addicted & will  need to get a whole set for when I have a few friends over.  These pair perfectly, obviously, with the tiered server.  Click here to get your pink rose cup and saucer.

Finally, the Royal Albert Country Rose collection also offers their plates which comes in both dinner and bread & butter sizes.  If these had been available or I knew about them when I got married I would have registered for these.  But one of each will do for now and I'll purchase more as necessary.  Get yours here!

Happy National Donut Day!!!
