When Will I Get Sick of Gingham Print?

When Will I Get Sick of Gingham Print?

I have to start off this post by giving my husband credit for these awesome photos!  We had already photographed a set of this country blue, gingham dress, when he spotted this 60s Falcon in a driveway and insisted he could get a cool shot.

Well with my husband's skill, the golden hour of light, and my dress provided by Unique Vintage, I am just loving these.  They give me all the nostalgic feels for sure!

Every year I think to myself, "I'll be sick of gingham by next Summer," and sure enough it's always in full force well before July 4th.  I spotted the Alexis Shirtdress on the Unique Vintage website and spent no time waiting to get it in my closet.  This dress does come with a matching belt, but I accessorized with my own vintage piece in addition to a matching headscarf,  structured purse, springolators, and a western belt.

Below, under "Shop the Look," a direct link to this dress is provided, and further is a snapshot from a day in my life.  Taking a break from shooting to being Mommy.  Max, who took tumble, needed a "kissy" from Mommy, and I find this capture to be so sweet.

Would love to hear about what pieces you have snagged up from Unique Vintage! (comment below)
